Put a little "SPRING" into your workout. Classes take place on a state-of-the-art spring floor, the same floor used by gymnasts! Instead of your body taking a pounding, the floor absorbs all of the shock, protecting your knees, back, joints... (well, you get the picture!)

 

YOGA/PILATES CLASSES BEGINNING SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 20TH AT 10:00 AM (FOLLOWING 9:00 AM BOOT CAMP!)

TONE YOUR BODY AND TAME YOUR MIND...Celebrities do it.  Athletes do it. Now YOU can do it too! Beginning Saturday, February 20 at 10 AM, Complete Physique Fitness Boot Camp will offer Yoga/Pilates classes. Participants will learn exercises to improve posture, balance, and flexibility while reducing stress, muscle soreness, and stiffness. 

 

ALSO COMING MARCH 1:  Fitness Classes for Seniors...designed especially for individuals 60+ or with physical disabilities. Details to follow.

 Session  1  5:30 - 6:15 am

Session 2    6:30 -7:15a.m

Session 3   8:00- 8:45 am

Session 4   4:30 - 5:15 p.m

Session  5   5:30 -6:15 pm

Session 6    6:30 -7:15 pm

Saturday 9:00 - 9:45 am

YOGA/PILATES
